Notes for Hopson
Beebe
|
Hopson was a Captain during the
Revolutionary War enlisting in Salisbury, CT.
He was one of the early settlers of Athens Cty, OH arriving
in 1803 and
settled in Rome Twp. The area was later named Beebe Station
after the Railroad
was built. Don Beebe of Calgary, Canada shows a child named
Lydia who m. James
W. Peters but no reference is made to them in the Hopson
Beebe Bible.
